I’m Karen Etheridge with Sun Realty and I have successfully worked in real estate and development on the Outer Banks since 1987. My philosophy has always been to treat my clients like I would want to be treated. I take great pride in delivering top quality service with straightforward answers. As a local resident, I know the area well, having spent much of my childhood on the beaches of Kitty Hawk where my grandparents owned a quaint motel, Seaside Haven. Even now, having raised a busy family on the Outer Banks (two kids in college and one in high school), I can honestly say that I appreciate and understand my community more than ever. I guess you could say that I have the “inside scoop” on the Outer Banks. This enables me to deliver quality information and honest answers to my buyers and sellers… and that means a lot.
